Kindly note, that this form would be for the Player registration and would be on a first come first basis. Once we reach the 100 players limit the registration would be automatically closed.

Note: To confirm your eligibility to participate, the registration fee AED 50 must be submitted to the designated committee members before the specified deadline.

Date of Birth^* Enter your date of birth. You must be above 40 years old.

Played last season^* Select if you played in the previous season.

Address Proof^* Upload your address proof (emirates id, visa copy, etc.) showing both front and back page (jpg, jpeg, png).

The photo must be the most recent and not taken more than 2 months ago.
